ITCOT is a Public Sector Consultancy Organization promoted by All India Financial Institutions, State Financial and Industrial Development Corporations and Commercial Banks in the year 1979. It is a “Deemed Government Company” coming under the purview of Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Audit. The Company has a vibrant governance system with Board of Directors drawn from IAS Officers, Senior Bank Officers and eminent Professionals.

Over the past 43 years, ITCOT has developed expertise and competence in Techno-Economic Viability Reports, Detailed Project Reports, Lender’s Independent Engineer, Agency for Specialized Monitoring, Project Management Consultancy, Transaction Advisory, Cluster Development, Statutory Approvals & Compliance Consulting, etc. ITCOT’s ability to critically assess all aspects of a project is its biggest strength; that enables the Bankers to take appropriate credit decisions. I am happy to note that the number of Government Agencies, Banks and Financial Institutions utilizing ITCOT’s services has increased significantly in the recent years and is growing steadily.

The Company has around 100 full-time professionals with techno-commercial expertise in various domains to sphere head its activities. ITCOT’s branch offices are in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bhubaneshwar.

ITCOT is empanelled with Government Agencies, leading Public and Private sector Banks for services like Transaction Advisory, Techno-Economic Viability studies, Detailed Project Reports, Lender’s Independent Engineer, Cost Vetting, etc.
